Spinach & Cream Cheese Pinwheels
- 1/2 level teaspoons salt
- 230 grams cream cheese
- 230 grams frozen spinach leaves
- 1 level teaspoons Garlic powder
- 2 sheets Puff pastry
- 250 grams Tasty cheese
- 1 portion egg

- Cut cheese into 2cm piece into [weigh]
Speed 6/20seconds, place in a bowl to use later. - Preheat oven 220 degrees Celsius
- Thaw frozen spinach by submerging in warm water until they are no longer frozen. Then drain water and use paper towel to pat dry spinach. Try to remove as much moisture from spinach as possible.
- Add cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder and salt into "Closed lid" speed 5/30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of bowl.
- Add drained spinach to "Closed lid" speed 5/40seconds. If not combined, then mix again.
- Place puff pastry sheets out on your bench, smooth the spinach mixture over each sheet of pastry. Roll the pastry along the long end until you get to the end (you should have a long sausage). Follow the same step with the other sheet of puff pastry.
Cut individual pieces with a sharp knife. - Place on a tray with baking paper.
Whip egg in a small bowl, use a pastry brush to brush over all your pinwheels that have been placed onto tray.
Sprinkle reserved cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes
