  • 30 g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 brown onion, large
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 800 can Roma tomatoes
  • 1 level teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion & garlic into Closed lid"Closed lid" 3 seconds sp 7 scrape sides add oil

    cook 100*sp 1 2 minutes

    add remaining ingredients except for basil 

    cook 10 mins 100*sp1

    add 500 g dried penne

    cook for 10-12 minutes 100*Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"  

    shred basil leaves & stir into sauce for last 2mins of cooking
