Curried Egg Spread
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoon parsley or chives
- 2 teaspoon Whole egg mayo
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place the Eggs in the TM basket and place the basket into the "Closed lid" .
2. Add 500g of water to the "Closed lid" .
3. Cook the Eggs for 15 minutes on the Varoma setting on Speed 2.
4. Remove the basket with the spatular and place the Eggs in cold water. Shell the Eggs, tip out the water from the "Closed lid" and place the Eggs back into the "Closed lid" .
5. Add all of the other ingredients into the bowl.
6. Biltz on "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 4 for 5 Seconds.
7. Place the spread into a container and enjoy on a fresh roll.
Tip
Feel free to amend as you wish. This is how I like my Curried Egg Spread but there are so many different variations.

I was too lazy to sieve the boiled eggs for a layered salad but step 6 was just the perfect alternative & soooo much quicker.
Takes me back to my childhood
I add a heaped teaspoon of Keens curry powder , & left out parsley

My go to! Simple and easy
I increased the the curry powder to 2 teaspoons and used Heinz Salad Cream as I didn't have any mayonnaise. Loved it - thank you

This is really quite yummy. Not strong at all. Felt like curried eggs for lunches last week - whipped it up in a flash. Definitley be making it again.
