- 100 g ginger, peeled
- 80 g shallots, washed and roots removed
- 100 g sesame oil
- pinch salt, to taste

Put peeled ginger, shallots, salt and sesame oil into TM bowl, mince for 5 seconds/sp7.
Scrape down bowl, cook for 5minutes/100degrees/speed 2.
Serve either warm or cool, store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
This is a modified recipe from A Taste of Asia (a book I highly recommend getting). It goes well with steamed fish and chicken.
