- 1 clove garlic
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 6 sprigs chives
- 40 grams whole almonds
- 200 grams black olives, sliced
- 20 - 40 grams olive oil
- cracked pepper, to taste

1. Process garlic and herbs 4 secs / speed 8.
2. Add almonds and olives, process 5 secs / speed 8.
3. Add 20 grams olive oil and cracked pepper to taste. Process 5 secs / speed 7.
4. Scrape down sides of bowl, process a further 2-3 secs / speed 7, adding extra oil if required.

Tip
Lovely served with cheese, crackers, fresh breads and vegetable crudites.

I enjoyed it. I did up the amount of almonds for a bit of extra crunch and to help offset the strong flavour of the olives, but still a great recipe. Thank you.
