- 250 grams spelt
- 500 grams water
- 1 tablespoon German Stock Concentrate
- 1 onion, small, cut in half
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 100 gram Butter, or cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Yeast Flakes
- to taste Majoran, fresh

Put the spelt the water and the stock into the thermomix bowl. Cook for 40 minutes on 100 degrees on speed 1-2 on reverse.
Chop the mixture for 5-10 seconds, scoop it out and let it cool down.
Chop the onion, garlic and majoran for 3-5 seconds on level 7.
Add the soft butter or cream cheese and mix it altogether for 8-10 seconds on speed 5-6.
Add the yeast flakes
Close the lid without the measuring cup on, press reverse and speed 2-3 and add spoonwise the cooked spelt while machine is in motion.
Spread it on bread, bread rolls or crackers.
