Artichoke Hearts
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, Drained and Squeezed
- 250 g Mayonnaise - made from Every Day Cookbook, page 40
- 90 g Parmesan cheese, cubed
- 2 tsp Onion Flakes
- 1 tsp ground paprika, to garnish

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Mill the parmesan cheese for 5 seconds / speed 9 and set aside
3. Finely chop the drained artichoke for 10 seconds/ speed 6 scraping down the sides if needed.
4. Add onion flakes, mayonnaise and 75g of the parmesan cheese, combine for 10 seconds/ speed 4
5. Spread into a shallow 1L oven proof dish, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese and paprika and bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned and heated through
Serve hot with crackers, vegetable sticks or crusty French bread
Tip
Tips:
Recipe is easily halved or spread between 2 dishes
Can be made in advance and warmed when needed
Instead of oven baking, warm in the microwave for about 1 minute

This is a great recipe. I haven't made this particular one, but I have had this recipe for years and is always a big hit with visitors. This recipe is pretty much the same as mine.....fantastic.
