Ingredients

egg

  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams self-raising flour
  • 20 grams Milk
  • 20 grams sweet chili sauce
  • 100 grams zucchini, chopped into pieces
  • 100 grams carrot, peeled and chopped into pieces
  • 4 spring onions, lower part
  • 1 can Sweet corn, small can
  • 50 grams Cheddar cheese
  • oil, for cooking

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. HEat oil on medium heat on in frypan hotplate.

    2. Put egg, flour and milk and mix for 5 secs / sp 7. Scrape down sides and repeat for 10 secs.

    3. Add all other ingredients and mix for 7 secs / sp5 until chopped into smal pieces.

    4. Drop spoonfull of mixture into frypan and cook for 3 minutes either side.

    5. Place on paper towel to drain oil and serve once cooled.

     

Tip

This suits 12 month+ baby.

    Yummy but my first lot didn't form at all, they ended up really soggy...but added some SR flour and the rest came fine.

    wont rate the recipe down though because I also used non-diary milk and cheese which might have made a difference tmrc_emoticons.) will still make again using this as a base recipe

    My 18 month old grandson loves these.

    i used tomato sauce and frozen peas, corn and carrots. Added a 1/4 teaspoon of thermomix vegetable stock. Just needed a splash more milk to make the mixture a slightly thinner consistency.

    A quick and easy lunch!

    Very tasty - made exactly as per recipe and enjoyed by myself and 2 sons (2yrs + 7 months)

    I just need to work on my frying skills - but this shouldn't be a problem as I'll be definately making again! Thank you   Cooking 10

    These are great! I left out the sweet chilli and they're prefect for my 10 month old.
