Just perfect, I left at the chunkier consistency for my toddler and blended 10sec speed 5 for my 9mohthold!! Defiantly recommend this!! I added extra apricots and some broccoli aswell. Yummy
Sorry, I forgot to rate this recipe - definitely 5 star!
Lovely recipe! I added 4 stems of leftover broccolini and about a quarter of a red capsicum. I didn't have apricots, so substituted prunes as mentioned in a previous comment. I didn't add water, and am pleased that I didn't, as the consistency is perfect.
I forgot to chop the vegies in step 1, however they still cooked beautifully. I found the recommended final chopping process of 10 secs on speed 5 was spot on.
Thank you for sharing this recipe, and thanks to rachelwelburn for suggesting prunes as a substitute.
Really great recipe that my 7 month old daughter loved, thank you. I added a zucchini and 2 extra apricots, and a little bit of rice to thicken it up, but a great base to the recipe and she loved it. Thank you.
loved by my 15 month old
I don't chop this anywhere near what the recipe says so it stays quite chunky,
i made this with 4x fresh apricots there was enough to freeze plenty as well!
thank you!
This was so easy and my son loves it! Thanks
A really nice recipe- thank you! I added a stack more veggies (basically anything I had in the fridge) including broccoli and zuchinni which my 9 month old doesn't normally like. I also used some prunes instead of apricots as I didn't have any.
I had to increase the cooking time due to the extra veggies by about 5 minutes but otherwise all much the same.
