These were delicious, the kids made them and were super easy to make.
This is a great Anzac recipe for thermie. We like Anzacs crunchy so I flatten them out a bit with a fork.
Thanks for sharing!! A great recipe. Time was perfect for softer but still a little crunchy! I reduced sugar and still tasted just as great!
These went down a treat at our closing day of bowls.
Great recipe, thanks for sharing!
Great recipe and just the right size.
Tasty but as another posted said, a bit sweet. Second time around I used a splash of maple syrup in rice malt syrup rather than the golden syrup, upped the shredded coconut slightly, didn't add any castor sugar but used choc chips- just to make it a little healthier for the lunchbox

Very tasty recipe.
I thought the end product (and I added sultanas) was too sweet. I will use this recipe again but will reduce the amount of both sugars, and probably use raw sugar instead of caster.
I also added 1tsp of vanilla essence which, along with the sultanas has given us a nice variation on the traditional anzacs.
Thank you
A sound base recipe, I will continue to use. I reduced the amount of sugar and didn't add choc chips. I found the mixture a little dry (would have come together fine but not wet enough for my liking) so I added some vanilla essence and maple syrup. Added a really nice flavour dimension.
Seriously good fail proof Anzac recipe
