- 1 tsp baking soda, Dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot milk
- 500 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat over to 180 degrees
Add butter and sugar to mixing bowl 5 Secs/ Speed 6
Add eggs to mixing bowl 10 secs/ Speed 4
Add bananas to mixing bowl 5 secs/ Speed 6
Add all remaining ingredients to mixing bowl 1 min/ Speed 4
Poot batter into a greased or lined cake tin and bake on 180 degrees for 45-50 mins.
