Ingredients

Banana Choc Chip Bread

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 180 grams bananas, Approx 2 small bananas
  • 240 grams wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 grams Coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams dark chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

    Banana Choc Chip Bread
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180C.

    Line a loaf tine with baking paper
  2. In mixing bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" melt butter 2 mins 60°C sp 3

    Add all remaining ingredents except choc chips

    Mix for 10 secs on sp 4, or untill combined

    Add 1/3 of Chop Chips and mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 5 secs

    Pour mixture into prepared loaf tin and sprinkle with remaining choc chips over the top.

    Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or untill a skewer comes out clean

Tip

Store leftover slice in an air tight container in the fridge or wrap indivdually and freeze
