Cake Batter
- 100 g brown rice, raw
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Butter
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 100 g brown sugar
- 250 g Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g choc chips dark

Heat oven to 150 C
Weight the rice, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds and grind speed 10/ 1 minuite.
Add all ingredient ( exculding the choc chips) and mix for 20secs/ speed 5.
Scrape down bowl and ad choc chips and then mix "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3 / 10 seconds.
Then place 1/3 cup in each muffin trays (prelined) for 10-15 mins or untill golden bown and risen nicely.
