Bee's Choc Chip Cookies
- 90 g Butter
- 1 level tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 65 g caster sugar
- 90 g brown sugar
- 1 --- egg
- 110 g self-raising flour
- 165 g plain flour
- 200 g chocolate chip
- 1 level tbsp Milk

- Preheat oven 180 degrees celcius and line baking sheet
- Add butter, caster sugar and brown sugar, mix speed 6 for 10 seconds
- Scrape down sides, mix speed 6 for 6 seconds
- Insert butterfly whisk, mix speed 3 for 3 minutes
- Scrape down sides, add egg, mix speed 3 for 10 seconds
- Scrape down sides, mix speed 3 for 5 seconds
- Remove butterfly whisk
- Sift in flours, mix speed 3 for 20 seconds
- Add choc chips, mix speed 3 for 5 seconds
- Add milk, mix speed 3 for 5 seconds and repeat if required
- Roll into balls, polace on baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes
Method
Tip
You can replace the vanilla with flavoured syrups, ie caramel for different flavourings.
You can you any flavour choc chip the you like.
You can make these chocolate chip cookies by adding 2T cocoa powder and removing 2T plain flour from recipe and sift the cocoa powder in with the flours.
