- - Preheat oven to 180degC
- Weigh the butter, cocoa and brown sugar into the mixing bowl and melt for 2mins/70deg/speed 2.5
- When melted add flour and vanilla, combine 20secs/speed 4
- Scrape down sides and add eggs, beat 30secs/speed 4
- Add choc chips and mix through 30secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2
- Spread mixture in a 20x30cm lined slice tin and bake at 180degC for 20-25 minutes

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Enjoyed by all my family. I reduced the sugar to 200g and they turned out perfect. I didn't have quite enough choc chips, I'll make sure I have the full amount for next time. I only had 125g and I felt it needed more 🙂
