- 200 grams Butter, (softened)
- 350 grams icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream

Cream icing sugar and butter together on speed 4 for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides and cream for a futher 10 seconds.
2. While blades are running (speed 4) add 2 tablespoons of whipping cream though the lid and beat for 10 to 15 seconds. *Do not beat for longer then 20 seconds.
3. transfer butter cream frosting to a piping bag and pipe onto cupcakes
Tip
colours and flavours can be added at the end
