Ingredients
Caramel
- 125 grams Butter
- 225 grams Sugar.
- 100 grams golden syrup
- 2 portions Popcorn

Cook popcorn your preferred way. I air pop about 2 batches.
Lay popcorn on two oven trays lined with baking paper.
Place sugar in bowl and mill for 8 seconds speed 9
Add butter and golden syrup
Cook for 15 minutes speed 3. 120 degrees
Once cooked, drizzle over popcorn.
Let sit for about one hour to set.
Break up popcorn into smaller pieces and package up. Perfect for birthday parties. Good gluten free treat for kids.
Tip
I use raw sugar to get a nice caramel colour. White sugar could be used. If using castor sugar, milling step can be skipped
