Cheesecake mixture
- 250 grams cream cheese, cubed, at room temperature
- 115 grams caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 grams plain flour
Milk Chocolate mixture
- 180 grams milk chocolate, chopped
- 160 grams Butter, cubed
- 155 grams brown sugar
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 115 grams plain flour

- Preheat oven to 170C. Line a 16 x 26cm slab pan with non-stick baking paper.
Add cream cheese and sugar to bowl. "Gentle stir setting" 20 seconds, speed 4 until smooth. Add eggs 20 seconds speed 4.
Add vanilla extract and flour 10 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 until just combined. Place in another bowl and clean and dry mixing bowl. - Add chocolate and butter to bowl "Gentle stir setting" 3 minutes, 60 deg, speed 2. Stop when chocolate is completely melted. Cool slightly.
Add sugar and eggs 20 seconds, speed 3.
Add flour 10 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.
Spoon Cheesecake mixture and chocolate mixture alternatively into the pan. Make a swirled pattern with a skewer. Bake 20-25 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer when inserted. Set aside to cool completely.
