- 280 g SR flour
- 160 g castor sugar
- 25 g cocoa
- 250 g Dark Choc Chip
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sunflower oil
- 170 g Milk

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Add sugar to bowl, mix 3 sec Sp 9 to create castor sugar.
Add flour and cocoa and mix 12 sec Sp 4.
Add all other ingredients and mix 30 sec Sp 4.
Spoon mixture equally into muffin liners and place into the oven, cook 20 -25 min in moderate oven.
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Line 12 portion muffin tray with paper liners
Tip
These freeze well individually ready for school lunches.
Also nice as a quick dessert, heated for 10- 20 sec in the microwave, and served with ice cream.

These muffins were delicious and light. Reduced the sugar to 100g and only 125gm of choc chips. Were still lovely and chocolatey. Thank you for the recipe.
These muffins are very easy, tasty and moist. I cut sugar back a little and mixed dry ingredients through on reverse.
