Recipe's preparation

    Truffles
  1. Crush biscuits for 7 seconds, speed 5.

  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix for 1 minute, interval speed. Incorporate with aid of spatula. 

  3. Roll into balls and cover with extra coconut. Refrigerate.

    I used Malt biscuits so probably not quite sweet enough but really easy to make. Have popped them in the freezer for the kids lunches.

    Yummy! I made one batch as above and one batch with 60g Baileys in it.....yuuuuum!

    I didn't have cocoa powder so I used Milo instead and they turned out pretty good! Added a bit more than what you would the cocoa. Thanks for the recipe

    Absolutely delicious, easy to make. Tip: for the last bit of mixture in the bottom of the bowl, use reverse speed 4/5 and the mixture is much easier to get out. Thanks!

    So easy to make and delicious. I used these on a dessert tasting plate.
