  • 70g sultanas
  • 70g peanuts
  • 90g rice bubbles

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop chocolate for 10 seconds on speed 10

  2. Add condensed milkand cook for 4 minutesat 50 degrees on speed 3.

  3. Add peanuts, sultanas and rice bubbles and mix on speed 3 for 15 seconds on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

  4. Press mixture into prepared lamington pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into pieces to serve.

Tip

Can use any nuts instead of peanuts.

    Yummo! another great easy recipe the kids will love I'm sure. I naughtly licked the bowl clean and if I was by myself probably would have eaten the whole lot. Easy, quick snack for afternoon tea or birthday parties!! tmrc_emoticons.-)

    Very easy, we made it without the nuts and just increased the rice bubbles. Kids loved it!
