Mixture

  • 125 grams Salted butter
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 60 grams Peanut Butter, Whatever type you have
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla, Whatever type you have
  • 250 grams self-raising flour
  • 30 grams chocolate chips, Milk choc
  • 80 grams Peanut butter chocolate chips
  • 10 grams cocoa powder

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius (fan forced oven). Line 2 baking trays.

    Chop butter and add it along with caster sugar and brown sugar into bowl. Mix 1 min, speed 3.

    Add peanut butter, rolled oats, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla into bowl and mix 1 min, speed 3.

    Scrape sides of bowl and add self raising flour and choc chips (both). Mix on Dough mode"Dough mode" setting for 1 min.

    Roll into tablespoon sized balls, place on baking trays and press lightly with fork.


    Bake in oven 15 mins.


    Cool immediately on rack.
