    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are amazing. They even have that proper doughnut doughiness, as appears to cakiness.

I personally find it works best with my homemade thermomix yoghurt. I tried it once with a thick Greek yoghurt from the shops and my doughnuts were too heavy.

5/5! These are outstanding! I made these today with my 4 year old son. He basically made them as I read through the instructions and guided him pouring in the ingredients. They taste delicious and look beautiful

Best donuts ever, better than normal ones. Instead of dipping in butter it sprayed with rice bran oil and dipped into cinnamon sugar.

As you can see they look AMAZING

These are amazing!! Best GF donuts I've had... possibly even the best donuts I've ever had. We made them using a patty pan tray and a mini muffin tray - the patty pan tray donuts worked out slightly better. This recipe has inspired me to purchase a proper donut tray and experiment with making iced donuts as well as cinnamon ones.

I just made a batch of donut 'holes' in a cake pop maker. Skipped the melted butter and just sprinkled cinammon sugar over the top. Would've taken a picture to show you how delicious they were, but ... ummmmm ... they're all gone!

Has anyone tried to make these dairy free also? I have made these previously and the kids loved them but now will have 1 child trialling dairy free. Nutelex as a butter subsitute and coconut yoghurt maybe?? Thanks!
