- 70 grams coconut oil
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 40 grams brown sugar or rapadura
- 100 grams Rice malt syrup
- 50 grams Coconut Flour

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
Melt coconut oil and chocolate 2mins, 60 degrees, speed 2.
Add eggs, sugar and syrup and mix 10 secs, speed 4.
Add coconut flour and mix 10 secs, speed 4.
Pour into greased square tin and bake for 25 - 30mins until skewer comes out clean in the centre.
Tip
When cooled serve with coconut cream ganache.
