- 1 tablespoon Golden Syryp
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 225 grams Self Raising Flour.
- 50 grams Choc chips Optional

Preheat oven to a 170c-180c
1. Add butter and golden syrup, heat 37c, speed 2, 3min or until butter is melted
2. Add sugar, mix on speed 4, 10sec or until smooth
3. Add flour, mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4, 20sec or until smooth
add choc chips last few seconds
4. Bake for 12 min
5. Allow to cool and ENJOY
Tip
You can add anything to these biscuits, cranberry, blue berries, mashmallows, dates
