Really nice! I adied a bit of spelt flour (approx 4 tbsp) to make the dough go further, and they still turned out really yummy. Thanks for a lovely and healthy recipe.

Great biscuits.  Made these many times.  Love them best with ginger.  Find best if cook on 150 for about 9 mins.  Quite expensive though any suggestions on substitute for macadamias?

Super easy and tasty recipe.Definitely need a good 1/2 hour or so cooling on the bench top before they can be eaten.  I got a little over excited when I pulled them out of the oven and after 5 minutes of cooling they still crumbled to pieces.  Left them on the bench for a further 1/2 hour and they became the perfect soft cookie.

These are yummy! I added a tablespoon of coconut flour only because I was skeptical they would hold together. They turned out great.  10 out of 10!
