Ingredients
- 120 grams Butter
- 60 grams Creamy Peanut Butter
- 180 grams Granulated sugar
- 200 grams Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300 grams Plain Flour.
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Salt.
- 280 grams REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, found recently in Woolworths
- 120 grams Nutella

This Recipe is on the back of the Hershey's Peanut Butter chips packet I've just adapted it for the thermomix and changed a few things.
I used gluten free flour and peanut butter to make this a Gluten Free Recipe.
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180deg prepare baking tin I used med rectangle one
2. Beat butter and peanut butter together on speed 4 for 30 sec add granulated sugar and brown sugar beat on speed 4 for 30 sec. Add eggs and vanilla beat on speed 4 for 1min.
3. Add flour, baking powder and salt beat on speed 3 for 1 min, add peanut butter chips mix for a further 30 sec on REVERSE speed 3.
4. Spread 1/2 the batter in prepared baking tin then carefully spread Nutella evenly over batter then carefully add remaining batter over the top. Swirl a metal spatula or knife through batter to create a marbles effect.
5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in tin on wire rack. Cut into squares.
