- 1 1/2 cups Organic Oats
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons Cacao (or cocoa)
- 1/2 cup Goji Berries
- 1 heaped tablespoons each Sunflower Seeds & Pepitas
- 8 chopped dates
Wet Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup coconut oil

Place all dry ingredients into Thermomix and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds.
Add wet ingredients and mix on speed 5 for approx 20 seconds or until well combined.
Using wet hands, roll into balls and refridgerate.
Can be stored in freezer.

I had trouble getting these to stick together enough to roll, so I put double dates, tbsp of honey and an extra tbsp of oil. They are delicious!
