Ingredients

Baked Oats

  • 120 g rolled oats, I used low gluten oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp mixed spices
  • 4 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 2 Medium ripe banana, roughly chopped
  • 200 g plant-based milk, I used almond milk
  • 80 g raisins

Crosses

  • 2 tbsp Dairy free yoghurt, I used coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Baked Oats
  1. Preheat the oven 180 degrees on bake. Grease 6-hole muffin tin or 6x ramekins.
  2. Add all Baked Oats ingrediants to the mixing bowl except for the raisins.
  3. Blend"Blend" 30 seconds / speed 8
  4. Add in the raisins and combine Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 30 seconds / speed 2
  5. Spoon into muffin tray / ramekins and bake 180 C for 25-30 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes to cool.
  6. Crosses
  7. Add all ingrediants to the mixing bowl andBlend"Blend" 10 seconds / speed 5
  8. Pipe into hot cross bun crosses over baked oats

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
