- 430 grams Self Raising Flour
- 2 level teaspoon Baking Power
- 2 level tablespoon caster sugar
- 200 grams Thickend cream
- 125 grams cold water
- 200 grams Mix Fruit
- 10 grams Milk, For brushing scones

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place caster sugar in TM bowl & mix for 10 sec at speed 9.
Place remainder of all ingredients into TM bowl. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 6 to combine.
Add mix fruit
Set dial to closed lid position, knead for 1 minute on interval setting. Place mixture onto lightly floured surface and press out until 2cm thick.
Cut into rounds using a scone cutter or the end of a drinking glass.
Brush scones with milk.
Bake in 190 degree Celsius oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
