Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease a muffin tin and set aside.
Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 6 sec/speed 4. Scape down sidesof the bowl and for a further 6 sec/speed 4.
Pour mixture into prepared tin and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
