Mars Bar Chocolate Crackles
- 200 g Mars® Bar, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 60 g thickened cream
- 100 g Rice Bubbles®
- 36 pieces solid chocolate eggs

- Add Mars Bars, Cocoa Powder and Thickened Cream to the mixing bowl and Melt, 3 minutes 30 seconds/50 degrees/speed 2/MC inserted.
- Scrape down sides of bowl.
- Melt, 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 2/MC inserted.
- Add Rice Bubbles to mixing bowl and mix with spatula to help coat them in the Mars Bar mixture.
- Combine, 1 minute/reverse/speed 0.5/MC inserted.
- Scrape down sides of bowl.
- Combine, 30 seconds/reverse/speed 0.5/MC inserted.
- Line muffin/cupcake tray with cases then spoon 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of mixture into each case.
- Make a hole in the centre of each one and add 1 or 2 small solid easter eggs into each case.
- Place them in the fridge until needed.
Tip
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before eating.
