- 1 orange juice and peel
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 110 g Grapeseed Oil
- 350 g SR flour
- 3 tablespoons natural yogurt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line large log or round baking tin with non-stick paper. Peel orange rind into TM bowl and add sugar, grate 15 seconds speed 9
Scrape down edges of bowl.
Add in eggs, yogurt, juice of the orange, grapeseed oil and mix 10 seconds speed 5
Scrape down edges of bowl and add in self raising flour. Mix a further 10 seconds speed 5
Pour batter into tin and bake 30-40 minutes until cooked through. If cake is browning too quickly cover with foil after 20 - 25 mins of cooking.
Cool and ice with orange icing.

I made this cake today and it was delicious. Very moist and tasted nicely of orange without being overpowering.
