- 150 g castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- 170 g passionfruit
- 45 g almond meal
- 125 g Yogurt, Vanilla or whatever you have

- 1. Line base and sides of 18cm square tin (or grease muffin tin)
2.preheat oven 180 degrees
3.Add butter and sugar 40 seconds speed 4
4. Add eggs 20 seconds speed 4
5. Add all remaining ingredients 10 secs reverse speed 5
6. Place in baking tin and bake for 50 mins or 20 mins for muffins
Cool and dust with icing sugar.
