Needed to use up some fresh pears (approx 500grams) reduced sugar to 50 grams. Didnt have frozen raspberries so used frozen blueberries instead.
Not overly sweet and nice with a cuppa. Kids enjoyed them but said the chocolate muffins I make in the thermie are better
These are great! Kiddies loved them
Yummy but reduced sugar to 40 grams. Added teaspoon of cinnamon. Used 4 pears, skin on, cores removed.
Could I use natural yoghurt instead of the oil?
Just made this for my kids lunch boxes but made it gluten free and dairy free using coconut oil and gluten free self raising flour
