Ingredients

Uncooked Apricot Balls

  • 1 package super wine biscuits
  • 125 g Coconut
  • 100 g dried apricots, or more depending on taste
  • 100 g Butter
  • 300 g condensed milk
  • 60 g Coconut, for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. Place biscuits in bowl. Place lid with measuring cup in it on top. Crush biscuits in thermomix 5 secs speed 8. Remove from bowl and set aside. Clean and dry bowl.
  2. Add dried apricots. Place lid with measuring cup in it on top. Chop 5 secs speed 5. Tip into crushed biscuits and set aside. Clean bowl.
  3. Add butter to bowl. Place lid with measuring cup on top. Melt 1 minute 30 secs 60 degrees speed 2 or until butter melts. Pour in condensed milk. Mix reverse speed 2 for 10 secs.
  4. Add wine biscuits, apricots and first measure of coconut to bowl. Place lid with measuring cup in on top. Mix reverse speed 2 for 25 secs.
  5. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
