Recipe's preparation

  1. 把鸡蛋和白糖放进TM主锅搅拌均匀,然后倒出待用。30秒,速度3

  2. 把鲜忌廉,全脂牛奶,香草放进TM主锅.4分钟,90度,速度2

  3. 加入步骤1的食材然后搅拌均匀.30秒,速度2

  4. 把食材倒进小碗,然后放进蒸锅里面蒸.20分钟,温度V,速度2

  5. 把糖均衡的撒在布丁上,用喷枪把糖烧成焦糖

YL Cream Brulee 焦糖布丁

    For those of us that needed translation.  I have had this translated for us (plus added my thoughts)... see below: 

    Ingredients

    2 --- Eggs

    30 g --- sugar

    100 g --- Fresh Cream

    100 g --- whole milk

    1 vanilla (assuming 1 tsp)

     

    1. Place the eggs and sugar into TM, mix for 30 seconds, speed 3 - set aside

     

    2.Add cream,  milk & vanilla into the TM .4 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 2

     

    3. Add egg and sugar mix to TM bowl from Step 1,  Stir .30 seconds, speed 2

     

    4.Pour into the ramekins (I would grease them), place in varoma, steam at  Varoma Temp 20 minutes, speed 2

     

    5.Sprinkle with sugar  and melt with heat gun or under the grill
