I made this x 6 & used for Christmas gifts last year. Asked for an honest opinion as I don't eat/drink it. Everyone said it could be stronger. I have used it myself in a chai tea cake & it's really good. The cake recipe has gone to the 'favourites' section.
Love this with coconut milk and a little bit of maple syrup!
I have just made this for the first time. Smells amazing!! I added some star aniseed too.
After filling up a small jar and before washing my bowl I have added some milk and cacao powder and cooked for 10 mins so as not to waste anything yumm!!
This is so yummy!
I put a tablespoon in the TM bowl with milk and a teaspoon of cacao and heat for 10 minutes/90 degrees/ speed 3

Mmm... lovely to have the spice mix ready to go for tea, custard or cakes and bickies! I made a triple batch (enough for a small baby food jar- 120ml) to give a friend as a gift and another small jar (170ml size or so) for my cupboard.
