    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Christmas in a jar Love This is making my life so simple...I have added it to the spiced shortbread recipe, put it in jars for gifts, which has been great for my gluten free friends to add to their own christmas cooking. Beautiful aroma x

We used this recipe for Thermomix demos a few years ago and it tastes amazing. I had so many people asking for the recipe that I started handing out the recipe on cards at demos.
I add more of this and reduce the ginger in gingerbread for a more kid friendly recipe.
    Tastes absolutely delicious!

This is great to have on hand for Christmas season. I've used it in gingerbread for kids gifts, added it to playdough for some Christmas fun (the smell is amazing) and also gifted some to use with hot milk for a seasonal beverage.

I am using this gorgeous spice mix in all my Christmas baking - I just add up all the spice quantities the recipe calls for and then substitute the same amount of this Christmas Spice Mix. So far 6 small Christmas cakes, an amazing looking Jamaican "great cake"and also my steamed Christmas pudding. House smells amazing.

Made some for Christmas gifts,  it smells great.  I added it to the egg mixture for French toast this morning to try it out and it was delicious.

This spice mix is beautifully flavoured, with black pepper being the secret ingredient! Love the Festive Demo.

I used whole nutmegs and whole allspice as I had them on hand. Beautifully fragrant. Share a batch with a friend, then discover creative ways to add this spice mix into your cooking Adventures. Use your Thermomix to make Garam Masala (lots of variations possible) and curry powders from Fast and Easy Indian Cooking book (currently on special from themix shop).
