  • 200 g dried apricots
  • 110 g whole almonds
  • 40 g Oates
  • 40 g Shredded coconut
  • 100 g Glazed cherries
  • 50 g Rice malt syrup
  • Desecrated coconut, As required for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. -- Place almonds into TM, speed 9, 15 sec

    --add oats to TM, speed 8, 7 sec

    --add apricots & cherries speed 5, 8 sec

    --add rice malt syrup & shredded coconut speed 6 for 5 sec or till well combined

  2. Use a teaspoon to scoop out mixture & roll into balls place on a plate , if sticky wet your hands as mix won't stick to you, then roll into dececrated coconut.

    Absolutely delicious!! So good... too good to share. I used 100g mixed dried fruit instead of glazed cherries and still turned out delicious. A fantastic healthy snack on the go and so quick to make!

    YUMMY! I didn't have the syrup so I used half honey & half golden syrup. When I used red cherries the balls turned pink which is a hit with my kids.
