  • 40 grams dessinated coconut
  • 50 grams dates
  • 50 grams craisins
  • 20 grams YIAH chocolate raspberry powder
  • 20 grams coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons YIAH Black Forrest Dukkah

    Bliss Balls
  1. Add all ingrediants excpet Black Forest Dukkag to the Closed lid"Closed lid" . Mix for 40 secs on speed 9. Roll into bite size balls and then coat in black forrest dukkah.

    You can double the mix and process for 1 min.

Tip

This would make a fabulous base for a cheescake, Just combine and press into your springform.

    These were a lovely change as a snack. Mine seemed oily as I rolled them so I will reduce the amount of coconut oil. Used drinking choc and rolled in coconut. Might add choc chips for a more decadent snack. Will look out for dukkah next shop. Smile

    These cherry ripe balls are amazing.

    I used cadbury drinking chocolate as i didnt have any of the YIAH.

    Next time i would double the recipie as they dont last long.

    A great way to use the black forest dukkah as we had 2 containers at home.

    Awesome.  I used 2 tbs cacao instead of chic/raspberry powder, cranberries instead of craisins and rolled in coconut.

    where do you get the YIAH ingredients are these available from woolworths and if not is there an alternative that can be found in the supermarket? tmrc_emoticons.) they look great!! x
