Ingredients

Nduja (Salami Spread)

  • 80 grams Backa Godfather Salami, Or any hot salami
  • 170 grams Backa Pork Kulin, Or salami of choice
  • 4 tablespoons oil of choice
  • 4 Chillis, (more or less to taste)
  • 50 grams unsalted butter

Recipe's preparation

    Chilli oil
  1. Put your 4 whole chillis (or more to taste) into a bowl with oil. Set aside
  2. Roughly chop your Godfather salami (DON"T forget to remove the paper, YES I forgot this!!) Put into your Closed lid"Closed lid" and cook for 5mins/80/1.
  3. Add your pork kulin roughly chopped, chilles (deseeded if preferred) oil and butter to the Closed lid"Closed lid"
    Then turbo for 2secs at a time, 4 times.
    Add more oil to tatse and blend more to taste.
  4. Pop into a container and into the fridge overnight for the flavours to develop!
