Herb and Garlic Dip
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 block of philly
Nuggets
- 1 Kg Chicken breast or thigh
- 4 slices bread
- 6 slice Frozen bread for crumbs
- 2 eggs

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add garlic and parsley to the bowl and chop for 3 secs on speed 6. Add the philly cut into peices and mix on speed 5 till combined.
- Add 6 peices of bread to the bowl (Par Frozen works best) Speed 8 for 8-10, set aside in a shallow dish for crumbing.
Add 4 slices of bread broken into peices to bowl,chop for 8 secs on speed 8. Then add eggs, chicken mince and dip to bowl. Mix on speed 7 untill combined.
Put teaspoons of mix and roll in crumbs.(You dont need egg wash with this mixture) Cook in the oven or fry in the oil of your choice
