Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix 3 sec/speed 5.

  2. Cook 5 min/80°C/speed 2. Cool before pouring into sterilized jar. Keep refrigerated until use.

Tip

To use, drizzle around a chilled glass, fill with cold milk and serve with a straw and dollop of Creamy Traditional Ice Cream. (see Everyday Cooking for Every Family).

To make Coffee Chill, replace cocoa with 60g instant coffee granules. This will keep in the fridge for at least a month and the quantity can be doubled quite easily.

The Coffee version saves me a fortune as my husband was a 'chill' a day man and he prefers it as you can reduce the sweetness which makes him feel slightly better about his addiction!!!

made the  coffee  version as I   could not  find our  cocoa .

My  child who  hates  coffee  now  LOVES iced coffee with  this .

The next day the  liquid is  very  thick  like commercially  thickened  topping.

    Thank you for the  recipe

Make this ALL the time in my house (both versions) and the recipe can easily be tripled!! Make sure you adjust the cooking times accordingly if you triple the recipe  tmrc_emoticons.;)
