Chai Mix Powder

  • 75 grams raw sugar
  • 200 grams milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves

Recipe's preparation

    Chai Mix
  1. Add 75 Grams of raw sugar to mixing bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9.

  2. Remove lid and scrape down sides of bowl.

    Add all other ingredients for the chai mix and mill for 20 seconds on speed 9.

  3. Store mix in clean container or sealable jar.

    Will keep in pantry for many weeks.

  4. If you would like to make a chai latte:

    Add milk to your bowl (1 cup per serve)
    add 2-3 tablespoons (pending on your serves) into the milk in bowl.
    Heat milk for 3 mins 75degrees on speed 2 (MC on).
    (You can also use KETTLE MODE on TM6).

    To make frothy, once heating is completed, 10 seconds on speed 8 MC on.

    Pour and serve.
    You can also garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon sugar.

Tip

This is perfect to make for gifts.
Store in jar and decorate to gift.

You can also use powder mix in smoothies.

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
