Choc Chip Oat Cookies
- 100 grams Butter/or coconut oil
- 150 grams Sugar / coconut sugar
- 135 grams Self raising flour/wholemeal flour
- 1 egg
- 2 heaped tablespoons linseed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 heaped tsp cinnamon
- 1 heaped tsp Vanilla/paste/extract
- 130 grams oats
- 110 grams Chocolate chips/chocolate pieces

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place butter/coconut oil and sugar in mixing bowl then cream 8 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add flour, egg, linseed, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract then mix 20 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add oats and choc chips - then mix
15 sec//speed 3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions (approx. 45 g each) into 16 balls and place on prepared trays, at least 3 cm apart. - Bake for 12-14 minutes (180°C) until browning lightly at the edges.
Leave on trays to cool for 10 minutes betore transterring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve once cool or store in an airtight container until needed
Tip
You can add 2tablespoons of brewers yeast if you want to create these into lactation cookies!

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
