- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon LSA
- 1 tablespoon Linseeds, ( i use Sunbeam)
- 1 Medium Banana
- 250 grams Lite Zymil Milk
- 80 grams Lactose Free Yoghurt
- 30 grams Raw Oats

Add to Thermie:
15 grams Raw Almonds
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
2 teaspoons LSA
1 teaspoon Linseeds ( i used Sunbeam)
30 grams Raw Oats
30 Seconds, Speed 8 to mix"Closed lid"
scrape down the sides of your bowl
Add Medium Banana ( break up into thirds or quarters)
Add 250 mls Lite Zymil Milk ( or your preferred milk)
Add 80 grams Lactose Free Yoghurt ( or natural yogurt)
**or you can add 80 grams Lactose free Peters Ice Cream if you wat to be naughty!!)
Mix 30 seconds on speed 8"Closed lid"
Blend/Chop Seeds & Oats
Tip
Add mixed berries for additional flavour/sweetener!
