Ingredients
Jam;
- 80 grams blueberries
- 120 grams blood plums
- 180 grams strawberries
- 300 grams raw sugar

Make sure you take all the pips out of the plums and chop the
green off the strawberries beforehand.
Place all ingredients and the sugar into the TM Cook for 22 mins at 100 degrees on speed 2.
For a thicker jam - cook for a further 5 mins at varoma speed on speed 2.

Pour jam into a clean/sterile jar and leave to cool.
If your jam is still runny - make sure you keep it in the fridge
Tip
Extra nice on Ice Cream!!!! You can lessen the sugar content if need be too!
