Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients by weighing into the TM bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" .
    Select 20 seconds on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 4
    Strain into a cocktail glass using a sieve and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Tip

You can always half the quantities if you only want to make for 2 people. However, experience tells me you'll want two to yourself tmrc_emoticons.;)

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
