- 200 g cranberry juice
- 15 g Lime Juice Cordial

- Add ice to the TM bowl and crush, 3 seconds speed 5
- Insert butterfly whisk
- Add all other ingredients to the TM bowl and shake, 20 seconds speed 3
- Remove the butterfly whisk and insert the simmering basket - this will be used as a strainer. pour into your chosen glass and enjoy.
Tip
This is a great Christmas-themed cocktail but is delicious all year round. I have garnished the rim with Honey Coconut and Sprinkles.
The Lime juice cordial is sweeter, if you prefer the tart taste substitute for lime juice

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
